What is Kundalini Yoga?

Acording to Sadhguru, snake is the symbol of kundalini in yogic culture. Until and unless it moves within us in the form of emotion and physical energy, we dont even know it exists. This is what a coiled up snake represents, we don't even know until it moves. That is kundalini yoga. we don't even realize what and how powerful this yoga is. when its aroused it can do miracles.

Sadhguru says, As high the energy so high the perception. so the whole yogic system is aimed only in sharpening out perception. as believed lord shiva's kundalini reached to the top of his head thats the reason thatswhy his third eye has opened.

Always Prepare before Kundalini yoga

Its not a myth, its a fact. Kundalini yoga is one of the yoga which can provide you another level of mental strength thatv will show in your body too unless it's done properly. Most of tyhe people talk about kundalini yoga nowadays without a proper knowledge about the same. If you have to activate your kundalini you should prepare your body necessarily. Your body should be capable of storing the incoming energies through kundalini yoga. Because can cause side effects if it is'nt done properly.

What if Kundalini Yoga is done irresponsibly

The potent the power, so tough is the practice. No matter who you are you can get the power if you are focused and mindful. But remember to be careful and focused. Never try kundalini yoga without knowledge and just by getting inspired by videos and books. Do ir in a proper guidance or learn the guidence. This does'nt mean something wrong in kundalini yoga. It has a potential of its own. Its controls the statiic and other kind of energies in us. Energy has no discretion.

Overall, Kundalini Yoga is a fantastic process. It's just we got to understand the process and be mindful of what and how much energies we are collecting in our body and is our body capable of those energy? if not, then practising and mking our body capable of recieving such high potential energy breakthrough.
