Vision Behind Annam Brahmam

Rooted in the ancient yogic understanding that "Annam" (food) is not merely sustenance but the very essence of our being, the workshop emphasizes that food influences our body, mind, emotions, and energy. This perspective aligns with the belief that food is a source of "prana" (life force), and mindful consumption can lead to enhanced vitality and inner balance

"If you eat with enormous gratitude for all the living things that give up their lives to sustain yours, then the food you eat will respond in a wonderful way within you". - Sadhguru
