How to prevent Mental & Physical Illness or Exhaustion

Mental health is a thing now a days it is even present in teens and kids. Due to pressure in their daily life wether its grades, lifestyle , ideal lifestyle and not getting that, relationship and family. whereas in adults its in 100 ways. Wether it might be Financial matter, Society, Imaginary standards, competition,etc. These things are real because we need to maintain certain standards in our society to be in a certain criteria. We say " Prevention is better than cure " but "Do we follow that"? I’m not saying that we have to prevent it leave your work on half or anything. what im saying is try to involve in some hobbies you love. There should be physical excertion. I know what it fells to have a tiring day infront of a laptop or desktop and have sleepless night at the end of the day.
